Deputy Manager - Retail Marketing
Locations: Patna (Bihar ) , Jamshedpur , Dhanbad & Hazaribag (Jharkhand ) .
Kolkata – West Bengal
Experience:
Candidates who have experience in General Insurance of above 2-3 years should apply.
Retail marketing experience is required and worked in Insurance or insurance broking company.
Create Point of Sales persons.
Building a sales team to achieve the business plan target.
Defining the competitive strategy and executing on the same.
Responsible for setting the marketing budgets and targets.
Managing the entire P&L of the business.
Identifying and networking with prospective agents, generating business from existing partners.
Motivating team to generate new business.
Building and maintaining healthy business relations with corporate agents.
Support the sales team in retaining the renewals
Achieve target annual revenue for the vertical of Retail Marketing.
Qualification: Graduate
Additional Qualification: MBA or PGD in Marketing and Finance
Roles and Responsibilities:
Contact, connect and engage with prospective clients.
Establish relationship with the key people in target organizations, who are the decision makers and key influencers for General Insurance Products.
Establish the credentials of the Direct department among the decision makers and influencers as the “port of call” for group benefit programs.
Achieve target annual revenue for Direct business.
