💼 Position: Business Executive – Sales & Distribution
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage sales network in the assigned territory.
Appoint and support distributors, retailers, and stockists.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct field visits, product demos, and promotional activities.
Maintain market intelligence and competitor analysis.
Collect payments and ensure timely order fulfillment.
✅ Desired Candidate Profile:
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in FMCG, Veterinary, or Pet Industry sales.
Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, B.Sc., BBA preferred).
Must own a 2-wheeler and smartphone.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Willing to travel extensively within assigned territory.
🎯 Locations & Territory Coverage:
North Bengal: Siliguri, Jalpaiguri, Malda, Cooch Behar, etc.
South Bengal: Howrah, Hooghly, Bardhaman, Midnapore, etc.
