NABARD is helping build an ecosystem that enables women farmers to move forward through initiatives such as the Electronic Kisan Credit Card (e-KCC) Portal, Joint Liability Groups (JLGs), Self-Help Groups (SHGs), Farmer Producer Organisations (FPOs), Micro Enterprise Development Programme (MEDP), Livelihood and Enterprise Development Programme (LEDP), Rural Business Incubation Centres (RBICs), and more.

Aligned with the International Year of the Woman Farmer 2026, these interventions are opening pathways to formal finance, collective strength, enterprise development and market access, enabling women to create better livelihood opportunities and participate in driving the rural economy.
