Suzlon Group plans to invest ₹10,000 crore in Andhra Pradesh to develop 1,325 MW of new wind power projects as the company seeks to expand its renewable energy footprint in the state and take its total capacity there to 5 GW by 2030.

The projects will be concentrated around Govindawada in Anantapur district’s Rayadurgam Assembly constituency and will be developed in partnership with renewable energy companies including Tata Power and Waaree Energy.

The government is planning to launch an offer for sale (OFS) in Hindustan Zinc within the next two weeks, with the Centre looking to sell a 1.5-2% stake in the mining company, sources told NDTV Profit. The proposed stake sale could fetch the government around Rs 4,000-5,000 crore, depending on the final offer size and price at which the shares are sold.
