Seva Sanman 2026–27 | Celebrating 10 Years of Trust & Togetherness
Some milestones give us an opportunity to pause, look back and appreciate the journey that brought us here.
Seva Sanman 2026–27 – Synergy Programme was one such occasion for us, as we came together to mark a decade of our association with State Bank of India.
Ten years of any relationship is built through many people, many conversations and countless moments of working together. For us, this journey has been shaped by the trust and confidence of State Bank of India, and we remain sincerely grateful for the relationship we have built over the years.
The occasion was made even more special by the presence of our Guests of Honour, Shri Ramesh Kumar Singh, General Manager – CRPD, State Bank of India, and Shri Udayan Joshi, Chief Operating Officer, SBI General Insurance Company Limited. Their presence and support added great value to the occasion.
We also had the opportunity to bring together our TPA partners — Medi Assist, Vidal Health and FHPL, along with our e-pharmacy partners - URLife, Tata 1mg and MediBuddy. Their continued cooperation and contribution have been an important part of this journey.
A special mention to Ms. Binita Shah, who has been closely associated with this relationship since 2015. Her collaborative leadership and her ability to bring people together, across teams and stakeholders, have played an important role in shaping this journey. Over the years, she has been a familiar and dependable presence for everyone associated with the account, always willing to step in, listen and work through challenges together. This spirit was reflected beautifully at Seva Sanman, where she brought together the various stakeholders to recognise the collective contribution, share experiences and brainstorm the road ahead.
We are equally appreciative of SBI General Insurance for its continued support and cooperation over the years. Their timely coordination and willingness to work closely with all stakeholders have been an important part of this journey.
Our appreciation also extends to our TPA and e-pharmacy partners, whose cooperation and contribution have supported us throughout the years.
A special mention to our teams on the ground — across locations and functions — who bring this journey to life every day. Their enthusiasm, commitment, ownership and teamwork have been a constant strength, and it was wonderful to see that same energy and spirit come together at Seva Sanman.
The workshop was more than a celebration. It was an opportunity to reconnect, appreciate the people behind the journey, exchange experiences and collectively look ahead.
A decade behind us, and many more chapters still to be written.
