IIFL Foundation, the CSR arm of IIFL Group, a financial services conglomerate that works on Health, Education, Environment, Livelihood and Poverty Alleviation (HELP) to empower the communities and contribute in nation building. In line with IIFL’s vision to be the ‘most respected company in the financial services space’, the company recognises the importance of contributing to and sustaining social transformation. The IIFL Foundation has been set up to work in areas of skill development for various industries and to ensure financial inclusion through the support and upliftment of the underprivileged sections of society. The foundation will screen and select institutions and developmental agencies which are working in these domains and will provide necessary aid to improve the lives of the underprivileged and help them in achieving their potential. The IIFL Foundation has initiated career guidance to the students of High School and Junior colleges in remote areas of Maharashtra to enable them to pursue the career which provides right employment opportunities.

IIFL फाउंडेशन द्वारा शीतकालीन मौसम में बालिकाओं की शिक्षा की निरंतर बनाएं रखने ओर उन्हें ठंड से सुरक्षा प्रदान करने के उद्देश्य से एक सराहनीय पहल की गई है |

फाउंडेशन के निदेशक मधु जैन की पहल के तहत ब्लॉक जालोर व सायला के सभी सखियों की बाड़ी केंद्रों पर अध्ययनरत बालिकाओं को करीब निःशुल्क स्वेटर, मौजे, शूज वह दक्षाओं (Teacher) की जैकेट वितरित किए गए | इस वितरण कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ जालोर जिला कलेक्टर कार्यालय में जिला कलेक्टर डॉ. प्रदीप के. गवांडे द्वारा किया गया |

कार्यक्रम के दौरान कलेक्टर महोदय ने IIFL फाउंडेशन के निदेशक मधु जैन का आभार व्यक्त करते हुए इस पहल को बालिका शिक्षा की दिशा में एक अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण और प्रेरणादायी कदम बताया | उन्होंने कहा कि ग्रामीण क्षेत्रो में इस प्रकार की सहायता न केवल बच्चों को मौसम के बचाव देती है, बल्कि उन्हें शिक्षा से जुड़े रहने के लिए प्रोत्साहित भी करती है |

जिसमे फाउंडेशन जिला प्रबंधक गोविन्द कुमार Govind Hatela ने बताया कि जालोर & सायला ब्लॉक के सखियों की बाड़ी केंद्रों की करीब 350 बालिकाओं को यह सामग्री निःशुल्क दी जाएगी |

जिसमे केंद्र की बालिकाओं को ठंड से सुरक्षा प्रदान करने का माध्यम बना वह शिक्षा के प्रति उनके आत्मविश्वास और निरंतर जुड़ाव को भी सशक्त करने वाला साबित हुआ | जिसमें रजीना,पारू,भावना,रिंकु,पूनम,सन्तोष, पुष्पा ,वसुंधरा वह पुष्पेंद्र उपस्थित रहे

IIFL फाउंडेशन का उद्देश्य केवल सामग्री वितरण तक सीमित नही है बल्कि बालिकाओं में शिक्षा के प्रति आत्मविश्वास पैदा करना और उन्हें निरंतर विधालय व अध्ययन केंद्रों से जोड़े रखना भी है | इस प्रकार की सामाजिक पहलें ग्रामीण क्षेत्र की बालिकाओं के भविष्य संवारने महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाती है |

सर्दी में सुरक्षा, शिक्षा में निरंतरता: बालिकाओं के उज्ज्वल भविष्य की ओर IIFL फाउंडेशन की सशक्त पहल

IIFL फाउंडेशन द्वारा संचालित सखियों की बाड़ी कार्यक्रम के अंतर्गत 12 जिलों के 18 ब्लॉकों में बालिकाओं के लिए निःशुल्क विंटर किट वितरण अभियान का सफलतापूर्वक आयोजन किया गया। इस अभियान के माध्यम से कुल 𝟏𝟖,𝟐𝟕𝟐 बालिकाओं को स्वेटर, मौजे एवं जूते प्रदान किए गए, जिससे उन्हें भीषण सर्दी से सुरक्षा मिली और वे सुरक्षित एवं अनुकूल वातावरण में अपनी शिक्षा को निरंतर जारी रख सकें।

यह पहल केवल मौसमी संरक्षण तक सीमित न होकर, बालिकाओं के भीतर आत्मविश्वास, सुरक्षा की भावना और शिक्षा के प्रति विश्वास को सुदृढ़ करने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम है। शिक्षा की इस यात्रा को और अधिक मजबूत बनाने हेतु सखियों की बाड़ी केंद्रों का संचालन करने वाली 𝟔𝟓𝟎 दक्षाओं को भी सर्दी से बचाव के लिए जैकेट उपलब्ध कराई गईं, ताकि वे पूर्ण समर्पण और ऊर्जा के साथ बालिकाओं के जीवन में सकारात्मक परिवर्तन ला सकें।

इस अवसर पर IIFL फाउंडेशन की निदेशक श्रीमती मधु जैन ने कहा कि फाउंडेशन का उद्देश्य केवल सामग्री वितरण तक सीमित नहीं है, बल्कि बालिकाओं को शिक्षा के माध्यम से आत्मनिर्भर, सशक्त और आत्मविश्वासी बनाना तथा उन्हें विद्यालयों एवं शिक्षा केंद्रों से निरंतर जोड़े रखना है। IIFL फाउंडेशन भविष्य में भी बालिका शिक्षा, महिला सशक्तिकरण और मानव कल्याण के क्षेत्रों में अपने सतत प्रयास जारी रखेगा, ताकि निरक्षरता मुक्त राजस्थान के संकल्प को साकार किया जा सके।

With our initiative - 𝗔𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿 𝗝𝘆𝗼𝘁𝗶, IIFL Foundation took an innovative approach to open a dialogue on importance of 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗚𝗶𝗿𝗹𝘀 by adopting regional Folk Art Form of 𝗚𝗮𝘃𝗿𝗶.

An interactive Art form composed with Song, Dance & Drama., 𝗚𝗮𝘃𝗿𝗶 has been an essential part of local tradition (𝙀𝙨𝙥. 𝘽𝙝𝙞𝙡 𝙩𝙧𝙞𝙗𝙚𝙨 - 𝙍𝙖𝙟𝙖𝙨𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙣) since many generations and proves to be a very effective medium of communication at community level, to engage with all age groups, right from a toddler to a super senior.

Each performance uses mythological stories, blended with contemporary situations to promote social values and address community concerns.

We used the medium to promote awareness on Education, Eliminate discrimination, steps for improved health & hygiene, consequences of early marriage (Child-marriage) and dropping out of schools.

IIFL Foundation has established two state-of-the art 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗟𝗮𝗯𝘀 in partnership with the Government of Rajasthan, at Kherwara Girls’ Higher Secondary School and Kanabai Girls’ Higher Secondary School in Udaipur district.

The initiative provides fifteen computers to each school, benefitting over 1200 girl students in Kherwara and Nayagaon blocks, areas with a majority indigenous tribal population.

This is a part of IIFL Foundation’s long-term partnership with the Education Department of Rajasthan, which aims to provide state-of-the-art classrooms, smart labs, and clean toilets, ensuring a conducive learning environment across 𝟭𝟬𝟮 𝗚𝗶𝗿𝗹𝘀' 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀

IIFL Foundation has facilitated 𝟏𝟎𝟎𝟎 𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐨𝐚𝐭𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐌𝐮𝐦𝐛𝐚𝐢 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐞, as a token of respect towards the department that safeguards the society.

The raincoats were presented to Additional Director General (ADG) Sunil Ramanand (IPS) of Maharashtra Police and subsequently handed over to the Police Training Centre, Marol, Mumbai., who will supervise the distribution. A few sets were also presented to Shri. Sunil Dattatray Jadhav, Senior Police Inspector, Juhu Police Station, Mumbai.

This activity is part of a larger programme supported by IIFL Foundation, and implemented by Yashlok Welfare Foundation, that is focused on '𝑪𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒔𝒖𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒃𝒍𝒆 𝑳𝒊𝒗𝒆𝒍𝒊𝒉𝒐𝒐𝒅 𝒕𝒉𝒓𝒐𝒖𝒈𝒉 𝒑𝒍𝒂𝒔𝒕𝒊𝒄 𝒘𝒂𝒔𝒕𝒆 𝒎𝒂𝒏𝒂𝒈𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕'. Under this initiative, women and youths from underprivileged section of society receive skill development training and employment to manufacture raincoats from recycled PVC plastic.

About 110 individuals have received training and employment (beneficiaries) through this initiative and it contributes to reducing plastic waste in the environment.

850 raincoats were handed to the Police Training Centre and 150 to Juhu Police station.
