Would you take a "microretirement" if you could? ๐
Turns out people aren't waiting until 65 to hit pause anymore. It's called microretirement โ intentionally stepping away from work for weeks or months (unpaid, on purpose) to rest, travel, or just breathe... before going back when you're ready.
Sounds like a dream, but it's not without trade-offs: no paycheck while you're out, and your career keeps moving without you. Still โ with only 21% of workers worldwide saying they actually feel engaged at work (Gallup, 2024), it's easy to see why so many people are tempted to hit "pause" anyway.
So... would you do it? ๐
