Raksha Setu started on 11th June.
Today, we are proud to share our first customer claim experience.
A client’s son was admitted to the hospital at midnight on 24th June with a high fever. By morning, the diagnosis was confirmed as Dengue.
We immediately applied for cashless treatment approval.
The approval process was not easy. We faced difficulties initially, but we did not step back.
We followed up, worked on the case and continued fighting for our customer until the approval was finally received.
✅ Cashless treatment approved
✅ Customer paid ₹0 at the hospital
✅ Complete treatment was covered through cashless facility
