Job Description:
1. Planning and implementing digital marketing for ongoing and upcoming projects.
2. Maintaining cost per lead and generating prospect and quality leads for the projects.
3. Reporting daily activities about campaign to Management.
4. Thinking new marketing strategies, ideas and marketing scheme.
5. Search Engine Optimization and Social Marketing Optimization.
6. Search Engine Marketing for all projects.
7. Maintaining other projects online and hiding any unwanted news/post/comments.
8. Maintaining online reputation (Online PR).
9. Controlling and changes to be done on the website at the backend.
10. Sharing all the online generated leads to sales team and checking on their performance.
11. Interaction with Google/Fb and all other online portals for online marketing.
12. Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google AdSense, Google Ads, Google Webmaster, WordPress, HTML And Google my business.
13. Maintaining a proper record of all the leads in Xcel.
14. Sharing the post on a regular basis on social media running schemes, offers, campaigns on social media.
15. Portal Listing and Lead management (99 Acres, Magic bricks etc.)
