Join our Collections Strategy team and play a key role in strengthening compliance, governance, and audit controls across collections operations.
𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: MBA preferred
𝗜𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲:
✔ Experience in Collections Compliance, Audit, Risk, or Governance within BFSI/NBFC
✔ Strong understanding of RBI regulations, collection practices, and audit frameworks
✔ Expertise in process controls, agency governance, and regulatory compliance
✔ Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
✅ Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines, internal policies, SOPs, and fair collection practices
✅ Develop and implement collection compliance frameworks, SOPs, and control mechanisms
✅ Drive training and awareness programs for employees and collection partners
✅ Lead internal, compliance, process, and agency audits, ensuring timely closure of observations
✅ Manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to strengthen collection processes
✅ Govern collection agency onboarding, performance, compliance, and audit reviews
✅ Monitor customer complaints, identify root causes, and drive process improvements
✅ Partner with Compliance, Legal, and Business teams to mitigate operational and regulatory risks
