সিকিউরিটিজ অ্যান্ড এক্সচেঞ্জ বোর্ড অফ ইন্ডিয়া (SEBI) সম্প্রতি মিউচুয়াল ফান্ড এবং ডিম্যাট অ্যাকাউন্টের নমিনেশন নিয়মে উল্লেখযোগ্য পরিবর্তন এনেছে। নতুন নিয়ম অনুযায়ী, একজন বিনিয়োগকারী এখন তার ডিম্যাট অ্যাকাউন্ট এবং মিউচুয়াল ফান্ডে সর্বাধিক ১০ জনকে নমিনি হিসেবে মনোনীত করতে পারবেন। এই পরিবর্তনটি ১ মার্চ ২০২৫ থেকে কার্যকর হবে।

নমিনেশন প্রক্রিয়ায়, মনোনীত ব্যক্তির ফোন নম্বর, ইমেল, ঠিকানা, আধার নম্বর, প্যান নম্বর, ড্রাইভিং লাইসেন্স নম্বর ইত্যাদি তথ্য জমা দিতে হবে। এছাড়াও, মনোনীত ব্যক্তির সাথে বিনিয়োগকারীর সম্পর্ক উল্লেখ করতে হবে। SEBI স্পষ্ট করেছে যে, বিনিয়োগকারীর পাওয়ার অফ অ্যাটর্নি আর নমিনি হিসেবে বিবেচিত হবে না।

এই নতুন নিয়মের উদ্দেশ্য হল দাবিহীন সম্পদের পরিমাণ কমানো এবং বিনিয়োগের সুষ্ঠু ব্যবস্থাপনা নিশ্চিত করা। বিনিয়োগকারীর মৃত্যুর পর, মনোনীত ব্যক্তিরা যৌথভাবে বা পৃথকভাবে তাদের অংশের সম্পদ গ্রহণ করতে পারবেন। সম্পদ হস্তান্তরের জন্য, মনোনীত ব্যক্তিদের স্ব-প্রত্যয়িত মৃত্যুর শংসাপত্র এবং KYC সংক্রান্ত সমস্ত তথ্য জমা দিতে হবে।

এছাড়াও, SEBI স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জে প্রযুক্তিগত সমস্যার ক্ষেত্রে ট্রেডিং শিফট করার নতুন নিয়ম ১ এপ্রিল ২০২৫ থেকে কার্যকর করবে।

গত মাসে 7,600 কোটি টাকারও বেশি তোলার পরে, বিদেশী বিনিয়োগকারীরা ভারতীয় স্টক কেনা আবার শুরু করেছে এবং অক্টোবরের প্রথম সপ্তাহে দেশীয় ইক্যুইটি বাজারে 2,400 কোটি টাকার বেশি বিনিয়োগ করেছে। এফপিআই প্রবাহ বৈশ্বিক এবং অভ্যন্তরীণ বিভিন্ন কারণের উপর আগামী মাসগুলিতে অস্থির থাকবে বলে আশা করা যায়।

The Indian rupee today hit a record low of 82.22 against the greenback as climbing oil prices and firm dollar index eroded sentiment. The rupee had closed at 81.88 in the previous session. Traders will now be closely looking at today's US payrolls report to get a fresh indication of inflation pressures in the country. The dollar index, which tracks the greenback versus a basket of six major peers, was little changed at 112.032 following a rally from a two-week low.
