We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Life Insurance industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our client base, generating new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
2. Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients to promote our products and services.
3. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends.
4. Generate leads through networking, calling, and other sales techniques.
5. Present and explain our products to clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction.
7. Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and competitors' activities.
8. Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
9. Meet or exceed sales quotas and KPIs set by the company.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of proven success in sales, preferably in the Insurance industry.
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Excellent networking abilities with a track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
5. Goal-oriented with a drive to succeed in a competitive market.
6. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
7. Relevant insurance certifications/licenses preferred.
