GenNext-Majuli GenNext is an autonomous organisation, working for all round development of the society an the comm GenNext was formed in 12th April, 2009.

GenNext is an autonomous organisation, embodying members irrespective of caste,creed or religion, basically for the cause of the all round development of the newer breed of the society, rooted in every nook and corner of MAJULI. As the name implies, our scope of work encompass the very activities that manures the mentality, culture, ethics, personality - all that positively affects the New Generat

ion or the 'Generation-Next'. Besides we also work for grass-root level social and environmental issues. It was a tumultuous time when some well-educated youths based out of a small sub-urban area called Jengraimukh (known to be the political capital of MAJULI Sub-division) felt the need of an organized effort to galvanize a positive environment for the upcoming generation of Jengraimukh and Majuli as a whole. Yes, Majuli is in the garb of horrendous flood and soil erosion, but we cannot let the erosion of our precious human resource.

Champions Once Again! 🏆

Just like the semi-final, we did it the hard way!
FC Gennext Majuli defeated Assam Police FC in a thrilling final of the 6th LUDO CUP 2026 at Gogamukh, Assam.

Assam Police FC dominated the first half, taking a 2–0 lead. In the second half, they extended the advantage to 3–0, with only 30 minutes left on the clock.

But FC Gennext Majuli showed true champion spirit 💪
A stunning comeback followed as we scored three goals to level the match 3–3, taking the game into a penalty shootout.

In penalties, FC Gennext Majuli held their nerve and won 5–4, lifting the trophy 🏆 and becoming Champions of the 6th LUDO CUP 2026 for the 4th time!

What a comeback. What a final. What a team. What a crowd it was 🙌🙌...
We would like to thank the organizer of the LUDO CUP for how beautifully they have organised. And all the supporters of Gogamukh for supporting us.🙌🙌🙌

What a thrilling semi-final at the Ludo Cup!
Global FC Gossaigaon dominated early, taking a 1–0 lead before halftime and extending it to 2–0 in the second half. Just when the match seemed settled, FC Gennext Majuli produced a stunning comeback, scoring two goals in the last 10 minutes to level the score 2–2 at full time.

The match went to penalties, where FC Gennext Majuli held their nerve and won 3–0, booking a place in the final.
