We are looking for a smart, confident, and hardworking Back Office Executive to join our finance company. The ideal candidate should be organized, quick to learn, and comfortable working with computers and documentation.

Responsibilities

* Handle office documentation and file management
* Prepare and maintain Excel reports
* Data entry and record keeping
* Coordinate with banks, clients, and internal team
* Draft emails and maintain correspondence
* Verify loan documents and customer records
* Maintain accurate MIS and daily reports
* Follow up on pending documents and applications
* Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements

* Graduate (B.Com/BBA preferred)
* 0–2 years of experience (Freshers with excellent learning ability may apply)
* Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email
* Basic English communication skills
* Fast typing speed
* Smart, confident, and positive attitude
* Honest, disciplined, and willing to learn
