GSW (Global Social Welfare) Group is an organization established by a group of people having enthusiasm to serve under-privileged section of the society by providing education, Career Counseling, skill & Business development programs, employment assistance and Business related financial assistance. When GSW Research and Planning started the team feels that there are a lot of social workers and org
anizations already working and doing well in their own particular area, but there scope and reach is limited. And then we conclude that there is a need to make a platform where all these organizations and individuals can share their information and resources so that a big area of society can be benefited. GSW agenda is very simple and clear, we are trying to provide a platform where any social worker can come and serve the society in well planned and managed way by the use of technology and researches. GSW basically helps to fill the gap and provide a platform to get interconnected all organizations or individuals The organization will serve globally by well disciplined and professionally designed programs so that a large segment of the society can get help from it. From the establishment the key programs of the GSW are to remove the un-employment from the society by following activities. Development of a common platform (by the use of Web Portal based database system) in which the employers, entrepreneurs, organizations and any social worker can post their vacancies, requirements, comments, suggestions, research papers, educational advices etc. and these can be shared by the job-seekers, un-employed, youngsters etc. A fund establishment through donations and required service charges which have to be used in the skill development and educational programs of the society youngsters and children.
