Attended an insightful Bank Audit Seminar organised by The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) Lucknow — packed with practical clarity on the ITR filing landscape for AY 2026-27.

CA Tarun Bhatt sir gave a detailed walkthrough of ITR-1 and ITR-2, breaking down eligibility and common filing errors. CA Geetanjali Pandey ma’am covered ITR-3 and ITR-4, along with foreign income disclosure requirements and the latest amendments — a topic that honestly needs more attention than it gets.

Sessions like these are a reminder of how dynamic and detail-driven our profession is. Grateful to have been part of it and to learn from such experienced faculty.

Foreign income/assets? Ab aapki AIS mein automatically show hoga.

CBDT ne AEOI (foreign countries se mila financial data) ko AIS mein upload karne ki permission de di hai — foreign bank accounts, investments, dividends, sab kuch.

⚠️ ITR aur AIS mein mismatch = notice ka risk.
