UPDATE : श्रम योगी मानधन पेंशन योजना के लिए आधिकारिक अधिसूचना जारी कर दी गई है | कॉमन सर्विस सेंटर में ऑनलाइन पंजीकरण अब अब किया जा सकता है
दोस्तों इस लेख में हम प्रधानमंत्री जी द्वारा हाल ही में शुरू की गई पेंशन योजना जिसका नाम प्रधानमंत्री श्रम योगी मानधन है उसके बारे में बात करेंगे | श्रम योगी मानधन पेंशन योजना असंगठित क्षेत्र के श्रमिकों के लिए अपने प्रकार की पहली पेंशन स्कीम है | दोस्तों आपको जानकर खुशी होगी कि यह योजना असंगठित क्षेत्र के श्रमिकों के लिए दुनिया की सबसे बड़ी योजना है|
इस लेख में हम जानेंगे इस योजना के लिए आवेदन कैसे करें एप्लीकेशन फॉर्म कैसे भरना होगा साथ ही साथ इस योजना के महत्वपूर्ण पहलुओं के बारे में भी विस्तार से बात करेंगे |
प्रधानमंत्री श्रम योगी मानधन पेंशन योजना (PMSYM)
दोस्तों इस योजना के अंतर्गत पात्र लाभार्थियों को 60 वर्ष की आयु के बाद प्रतिमाह ₹3000 की पेंशन मिलेगी| इस स्कीम की खास बात यह है की आधी रकम सरकार द्वारा भरी जाएगी| यानी आपका प्रीमियम अगर ₹100 है तो उसमें ₹50 आप भरेंगे ₹50 सरकार | साथ ही साथ अगर आवेदक व्यक्ति की मृत्यु हो जाती है तो पेंशन की आधी राशि उसकी पत्नी को मिलेगी|
दोस्तों वैसे तो इस योजना को 15 फरवरी को बड़ी धूमधाम से लॉन्च किया जाना था लेकिन पुलवामा में हुए आतंकी हमले के बाद इस योजना को शांतिपूर्ण तरीके से चालू कर दिया गया है| यानी इस योजना के लिए आवेदन स्वीकार है जा रहे हैं|
श्रम योगी मानधन योजना से संबंधित कुछ महत्वपूर्ण बातें:
• असंगठित वर्ग के श्रमिकों के लिए यह दुनिया की सबसे बड़ी पेंशन स्कीम है
• हर महीने दिया जाने वाला प्रीमियम आधा सरकार भरेगी और आधा आवेदक
• आवेदक की मृत्यु हो जाने के बाद पैशन की आधी राशि उसकी पत्नी को मिलेगी
• इस योजना के लिए अभी आवेदन नजदीकी कॉमन सर्विस सेंटर में जाकर किया जा सकता है
• जल्द ही इस योजना की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट और मोबाइल एप्लीकेशन जारी कर दी जाएगी
पात्रता की शर्तें:
• कोई भी प्राइवेट काम ( असंगठित श्रमिक) करने वाला व्यक्ति जिसकी महीने की आमदनी ₹15000 से कम हो आवेदन कर सकता है
• अभी तक की उम्र 18 से 45 साल होनी चाहिए
जरूरी कागजात:
• आवेदक का आधार कार्ड
• आवेदक का आय प्रमाण पत्र
• आवेदक के बैंक अकाउंट की जानकारी ( जनधन खाता भी मान्य होगा)
• वेरीफिकेशन के लिए आवेदन का मोबाइल फोन होना भी आवश्यक है

India has achieved significant public health gains and improvements in health care access and quality over the last three decades. The health sector is amongst the largest and fasting growing sectors, expected to reach US$ 280 billion by 2020. At the same time, India’s health sector faces immense challenges. It continues to be characterized by high out-of-pocket expenditure, low financial protection, low health insurance coverage amongst both rural and urban population. It is a matter of grave concern that we incur a high out-of-pocket expenditure on account of health and medical costs. 62.58% of our population has to pay for their own health and hospitalization expenses and are not covered through any form of health protection. Besides using their income and savings, people borrow money or sell their assets to meet their healthcare needs, thereby pushing 4.6% of the population below the poverty line. The Government of India is committed to ensuring that its population has universal access to good quality health care services without anyone having to face financial hardship as a consequence.

Under the ambit of Ayushman Bharat, a Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (PM-JAY) to reduce the financial burden on poor and vulnerable groups arising out of catastrophic hospital episodes and ensure their access to quality health services was conceived. PM-JAY seeks to accelerate India’s progress towards achievement of Universal Health Coverage (UHC) and Sustainable Development Goal – 3 (SDG3).

Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (PM-JAY) will provide financial protection (Swasthya Suraksha) to 10.74 crore poor, deprived rural families and identified occupational categories of urban workers’ families as per the latest Socio-Economic Caste Census (SECC) data (approx. 50 crore beneficiaries). It will have offer a benefit cover of Rs. 500,000 per family per year (on a family floater basis).
