Key Accountabilities:

�Work as a Team Leader and coordinator with team members for the growth of revenue.
� New Client Acquisition for D-mat and Trading Account opening through networking, data base and references.
� Handle customer questions / queries and resolve accordingly.
� Contact customers to follow up on initial interaction.
� Meet Non-Trading Customers and activate them.
� End to end customer relationship management.
� Sale online accounts to customers and encourage them to trade online.
� Have a customer centric approach and ensure that they are serviced well.
� Ensure that customer trades actively after opening the trading account.
Responsible for generation of revenues through sale of Third Party Products like Mutual Fund, IPO, NCD etc.

Ideal Profile/Applicant :

� Should have Presentable and Good Communication Skills
� Convincing Attitude.
� Should be willing to work in field & have channel as well as direct client sourcing experience.
� Candidate from broking Industry is preferred.
