Why should TATA MOTORS DVR share holders accept 7 shares of Tata Motors for our 10 Tata Motors DVR?

We had accepted the fact that they have no voting rights in exchange for higher dividend. They never issued dividend till date and when they are turning profitable they want to force us to accept voting rights shares at a premium.

They want to keep a single class of shares that is their problem I refuse to accept lesser shares.
