✅ Eligibility
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Financial Inclusion, Banking, or BC Projects.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in the field and travel within the assigned district.
Basic knowledge of computers and smartphones.
Proficiency in local language and documentation.

💼 Key Responsibilities
Drive Financial Inclusion initiatives.
Support and manage BC/CSP operations.
Customer onboarding and financial product enrollment.
Coordinate with bank officials.
Ensure compliance, reporting, and MIS updates.
