Urgently required DRA Certified Linguistic Telecallers
Qualification: HS or above with DRA Certified.
Process: Paytm, Bajaj RBL, Tata Motors Axis MFI Collection
Salary: Negotiable
Shift timing: 9.30 am to 6.30 pm
Location: Salt Lake, Sector 5, Near College More, Kolkata- 91.
Languages known: Tamil/ Telugu/ Bengali/Hindi, English & Hindi.
Roles & Responsibility:
1) Handle Inbound and make Outbound Calls.
2) Maintain relationships with customers by providing support and right information.
3) Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
4) Talk to customers and Follow-up the Leads converting the leads into loan EMI payment.
5) Ability to explain and convince customer on calls.
Tamil & Telugu speaking freshers can also apply.
