Now, let's briefly discuss why P2P is growing in India and the problems associated with it, which we aim to address. The root problem is that most crypto exchanges in India have halted deposits and withdrawals of crypto, leading to the rise of P2P trading volumes. Taking the example of someone getting paid in crypto in India, they need to sell their crypto to get INR for survival. Unfortunately, they often fall prey to scams or, worse, get their Indian bank accounts blocked due to receiving INR from scams or illegal money through P2P on exchanges. They might not even be at fault. Decentralized P2P exchanges are only going to exacerbate this issue of banking freeze. To solve this problem, we partnered with XREX and, using Contract Bitcheck, started facilitating P2P transactions where both the buyer and seller can verify IDs and contact details before completing a transaction. Unlike other platforms, this provides a certain degree of protection against fraud. However, it was slow and could only facilitate a few transactions on a regular basis due to multiple manual steps. To streamline the process, we decided to launch our own centralized yet non-custodial swap, the A2ZCrypto Swap, with custody and escrow provided by XREX Inc., aiming to automate some steps. A2ZCrypto Swap Exchange is India's first centralized non-custodial swap, addressing the issues plaguing the P2P space. It's the first step in realizing our dream of building a centralized non-custodial exchange platform for making investing in virtual digital assets safe, compliant, and transparent. Partnering with XREX Inc., a team that has built and scaled technology/security businesses globally, and combining our understanding of the pain points of novice crypto users, we used our unique experience and learnings to create this . XREX and A2ZCrypto operate as separate and autonomous entities, leveraging a strategic partnership that enriches the range of services available to users. This allows users to efficiently access and utilize A2ZCrypto SWAP services directly within the XREX app, providing a streamlined and user-friendly experience for swaps and trades without navigating away or using multiple platforms.
