ई-कॉमर्स क्षेत्रातील मीशो कंपनीचा बहुप्रतिक्षित आयपीओ अखेर ३ डिसेंबर २०२५ रोजी खुला झाला आहे. या आयपीओची अंतिम तारीख ५ डिसेंबर २०२५ ही आहे. गुंतवणूकदारांसाठी अर्ज करण्याची ही शेवटची संधी आहे.

कंपनीने प्रति शेअर ₹१०५ ते ₹१११ असा किंमतपट्टा (Price Band) निश्चित केला आहे.

मीशोचा हा इश्यू एकूण ₹५,४२१ कोटी रुपयांचा असून, यामध्ये नवीन शेअर्स आणि 'ऑफर फॉर सेल' (OFS) दोन्हीचा समावेश आहे.

किरकोळ गुंतवणूकदारांसाठी (Retail Investors) एका लॉटमध्ये १३५ शेअर्स असतील.

या एका लॉटसाठी तुम्हाला किमान ₹१४,९८५ रुपये गुंतवावे लागतील.

गुंतवणूकदारांना वाटप (Allotment) होण्याची संभाव्य तारीख ८ डिसेंबर २०२५ असून, शेअर्स १० डिसेंबर रोजी स्टॉक एक्सचेंजवर (BSE आणि NSE) सूचीबद्ध होतील.

मीशोचा व्यवसाय लहान शहरे आणि ग्रामीण भागातील ग्राहकांवर लक्ष केंद्रित करत असते.

रिलायन्स इंडस्ट्रीजने 20 नोव्हेंबरपासून जामनगर येथील त्यांच्या स्पेशल इकॉनॉमिक झोन (SEZ) रिफायनरीमध्ये रशियन कच्च्या तेलाची आयात थांबवण्याचा निर्णय घेतला आहे. कंपनीने गुरुवारी उशिरा जारी केलेल्या निवेदनात ही माहिती दिली. हा निर्णय 21 नोव्हेंबरपासून लागू होणाऱ्या अमेरिकेच्या Rosneft आणि Lukoil या रशियन तेल कंपन्यांवरील नवीन निर्बंधांपूर्वी घेण्यात आला आहे.

अमेरिकेतील जेन स्ट्रीट भारतात २.३ अब्ज डॉलर्सपेक्षा जास्त कमाई करते; सेबीने चौकशी सुरू केली
अमेरिकेतील जेन स्ट्रीट ग्रुपने २०२४ मध्ये भारतीय इक्विटी डेरिव्हेटिव्ह्जमधून २.३ अब्ज डॉलर्सपेक्षा जास्त कमाई केली, ज्यामुळे सेबीने भारतातील तेजीत असलेल्या ऑप्शन्स ट्रेडिंग मार्केटमध्ये बाजारातील हेरफेरच्या आरोपांची चौकशी करण्यास प्रवृत्त केले.

हा ऑप्शन ट्रेडिगमधील ४३००० कोटी रूपयांहून अधिक किंमतीचा घोटाळा मानला जात आहे. सेबीने म्हटल्याप्रमाणे,'जानेवारी २०२३ ते मार्च २०२५ पर्यंत जेन स्ट्रीट ग्रुपचा एकूण नफा ३६,५०२ कोटी होता. ४३,२८९ कोटी रूपये (नफा) इंडे क्स ऑप्शन्समधून आले होते.
