Tata Communications has announced to transfer of the Company's identified new edged digital services business worth Rs 458 crores to its wholly owned subsidiary, Novamesh limited over concern of 'slump sale' basis.

The Company in the BSE exchange filing said, "tentative date of completion of transaction: the slump sale shall be effective from April 1, 2024...."
