📌 SWIGGY IPO UPDATE 📌

Fresh issue increase :- swiggy shareholders approved increasing the fresh issue component of their upcoming ipo to 5000 crore from 3750 crore.

Purpose of funds :- The additional funds will be used to expand swiggy's quick- commerce operations, instamart, by opening more dark stores.

Financial performance :- Swiggy operating revenue increased by 34% YOY in the quarter ending june 30, but net losses also widened due to increased competition in quick- commerce space.
