th his resilience of character, honesty, and hard work, he made a name for himself in real estate and founded the SKB Group. Aditya Jain, 26, is the elder son of the founder. Building on a strong educational background with a B.Com from H. R College Mumbai, he acquired further education from the Gemological Institute of America (G.I.A), which is one of the foremost educational institutes in the world specializing in the field of gems and jewelry. As a young man of budding aspirations for his company and a zealous spirit of hard work, Aditya Jain is shining star in the constellation of SKB Group. He has successfully taken up the great responsibility of his company’s growth on his young shoulders and has been handling the public relations of SKB. The younger prodigy is Prachir Jain. Exceptionally talented and young, after graduating from H.R College, he qualified for admission in the prestigious Leeds University in U.K. where he acquired an M.S.C in International Business. Armed with international exposure and confident about his childhood learnings from his father, Prachir took up the responsibility of administering the construction and marketing divisions of the SKB Group. Taking up the command from the highly experienced founder Mr. Bhupendra Jain, both Aditya and Prachir have brought in their modern approach and fresh world view which successfully integrates new technology to create better results. But the values of honesty, integrity and resilience have been passed on as-is from the founder to our younger champions. The roots of SKB Group still remain grounded in humility and, as a result, SKB continues to grow ever faster and wider.
