There was a time when ₹50,000 a month felt like a distant dream.

Before joining SLA, Lakhan Jangid worked at a clothing store and a bookstore while continuing his studies. Like many youngsters today, he didn’t have a perfect roadmap - just the desire to build a better future.

In 2010, he joined SLA.

What followed wasn’t luck. It was years of showing up early, learning continuously, taking on new responsibilities, travelling overnight for work and saying “yes” to challenges that pushed him outside his comfort zone. Along the way, he also became a CFP (Certified Financial Planner) - sharpening his expertise and deepening his commitment to serving clients better.

One opportunity became another. One responsibility led to the next.

Today, after more than 16 years with SLA, his journey reminds us that success rarely happens all at once. It is built through small, consistent efforts repeated over time.

Sometimes, the biggest difference between a dream and reality is simply the willingness to keep going.
