Role Description:
Eezib is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) for a full-time on-site position in Jaipur. As the BDM, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue. Working closely with senior executives and cross-functional teams, you will develop and execute strategic initiatives to achieve sales targets and expand our market presence. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about exploring new markets and possessing strong communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Develop and implement strategic business development plans in alignment with organizational objectives.
Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients, partners, and stakeholders to establish strategic partnerships.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative solutions and offerings tailored to client needs.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities.
Lead negotiations and contract discussions with clients, ensuring favorable terms and agreements.
Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics to measure progress and identify areas for improvement.
Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing roles, preferably in the fintech or payments industry.
Proven track record of successfully generating new business opportunities and achieving sales targets.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and strategic planning.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Prior experience in the IT or software industry is a plus.
