We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Manager to lead our HR operations, and organizational development.
🔹Key Responsibilities:
✔Oversee end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
✔Manage HR policies, compliance, and organizational HR frameworks
✔Lead onboarding, training, and employee development programs
✔Implement performance management systems
✔Strengthen employee engagement and workplace culture
✔Handle payroll coordination, attendance, and HR documentation
✔Support management in strategic HR planning
✔Resolve employee queries and ensure smooth HR operations
🔹Required Skills & Experience:
✔2–5 years of HR management experience
✔Strong knowledge of HR policies & statutory compliance
✔Excellent communication, leadership & decision-making abilities
✔Experience in recruitment, onboarding & performance management
✔Ability to handle multiple teams and maintain a positive work environment
