State Bank Staff College (SBSC) Hyderabad hosted a profound panel discussion on "Organisational Ethics - Cultivating the Mindset of Ethical Standards" at the SBSC, Hyderabad. Our esteemed panellists, Shri Shree Prakash Singh (Chief Ethics Officer, SBI), Shri Pradeep Shrivastava (Ex-Robi Axiata Ltd), Dr. Dr. Swatee Sarangi (Dr. Reddy's Laboratories), and Shri Shishir Ranjan Dash (Tata Steel Foundation), shared invaluable insights on creating ethical cultures within organisations.
The discussion emphasised the importance of embedding ethics into every aspect of corporate life. Key takeaways included –
