At SucSEED, our Sectoral Research Interns are an integral part of our buy-side decision-making . They help us spot trends, evaluate opportunities, and understand startup ecosystems from the ground up. Their insights fuel the sharp analyses we need to back the right founders at the right time.

Meet Harsh*t Saini (𝗣𝗚𝗣 - 𝗜𝗜𝗠 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗿𝗲), a finance enthusiast with sharp analytical instincts. He is a postgraduate student at IIM Indore, having completed a B.A. Foundations in Management from the same institute. From facilitating $100M+ in fundraising at Marquee Equity to leading ESG initiatives at OPPO India, Harsh*t blends financial rigour with purpose-driven work. His research background in behavioural finance and experience across growth strategy make him a strong asset to our investment research team.

Also introducing Nitika Bansal (𝗣𝗚𝗣 - 𝗜𝗜𝗠 𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴)– a strategist at heart who thrives where research meets impact. Nitika is a postgraduate student at IIM Shillong, with global consulting chops and a passion for impact. She brings strategic clarity to everything from policy papers to startup landscapes. With consulting experience across Escalent, Reso, and Unlock, she brings a global lens to market and SME-focused analysis. Her passion for geopolitics and sustainability shows in her published work and leadership with Enactus. At SucSEED, she’s diving deep into startup evaluation and the evolving deeptech landscape. An all-rounder with vast interests and a lot to say, Nitika brings a lot to the table that we're excited about.

Meet Darshan, our new Fellow - Founder's Office. His past experiences in investment analysis, start-up building and most recently as a Founder's Office intern at an Ed-tech start up have geared him up for this role. At SucSEED, he mainly looks over investor relations, handling communications with our Limited Partners, and works closely with the General Partners on strategic initiatives. He has joined SucSEED to gain exposure to the VC space, with a specific interest in Deep-Tech.
Outside of work, he loves to watch movies and to play basketball.
