Very honest disclosure from a experienced fund manager. It makes more relevant for our users to why they should invest directly in to market by taking help from service like APS.

In pool of more than 4000 stocks we recommend to invest only in top 500 stocks( they are slow mover). Data disclosed in the article is suggesting only 20% stocks (with low beta, means slow mover) are finally leader.

Another problem about the churn rate, we always update our list of top 500 and inform our users if any stock goes beyond top 500. Hence we keep them always within top 500
