The Territory Sales Manager will lead, implement and execute all sales operations and tactics. We are looking for a professional who will manage a team of Field Sales Executives and encourage them to reach targets. You will be responsible for all the decisions you make for your team and build strategies to reach your targets.
Key Accountabilities
Design, develop and implement sales programs to meet business objectives.
Manage and coordinate with a large number of Sales Executives.
Plan, direct, and coordinate sales to accomplish objectives.
Plan and develop strategies to increase productivity.
Meet deadlines and accomplish your given targets in a given time.
Responsible for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions for your direct reports.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales (Merchant Onboarding & Digital Wallet Field).
Must have a team of a minimum of 10-15 Executives.
Experience in team handling.
