Income tax department clarification that from 1st July there is no change in the amount of fee (Rs.1000) and process for linking of PAN & Aadhaar

The unlinked PAN will become inoperative with certain consequences

The PAN can be made operative again in 30 days, with the same process as before 30th June

कोर्ट : आपने ये GSTR 1/ GSTR 3B फार्म गलत क्यों भरा । पता है गलत भरने पर आप पर जुर्माना लग सकता है ?

व्यापारी : जी सर मुझे कई बातें समझ नही आ रही थी।

कोर्ट : आपको अपने CA / CS/ Advocate / Consult से समझ कर जानकारी भरनी चाहिए थी।

व्यापारी : सर उन्हें भी समझ नही आ रहा था इसलिए उन्होंने जैसा ठीक समझा वैसा भरवा दिया।

कोर्ट : अरे भई उन्हें अगर नही समझ आ रहा था तो उन्हें उस मंत्रालय के विभाग से सम्पर्क करना था ?

व्यापारी : सर मंत्रालय वालों को भी ठीक से नही समझ आ रहा था । आखिरी दिन तक भी वो नए नए सपष्टीकरण देते रहे। इसलिए मैंने सोचा अभी तो फार्म भर देता हूँ । बाद में कोर्ट ही समझ कर बता देगी।
