📊 Reporting To: Area Sales Manager
Role & Responsibilities:
Build and expand buyer base of small retail stores
Onboard retailers in Apparel / Footwear / Home Décor categories
Drive sales through market linkage & financial products
Coordinate with marketing & product teams
Achieve monthly GMV target of ₹3 Lakhs
Key Requirements:
Strong understanding of small retail ecosystem
Own bike with valid driving license
Own smartphone
Local resident (minimum 5 years)
Proficiency in local language
No loan default history
