Dear friends, First property, I would like to recommend in Gurgaon (where I myself is investing!) is “Ninex City”. It is in Sector-76 located on NH-8 before Toll Plaza, and is surrounded by DLF plots all around on which DLF has just launched (in Dec’2014) DLF PRIVANA luxury floors. This property is near Haldiram's on NH8, and is at short distance from the proposed ISBT and metro station. Nearby in Sector-73 are DLF ALAMEDA plots.

This is just next to NH-8 and SPR (150m wide Southern Peripheral Road which connects to Sohna road and joins Golf Course Extension Road). There are other reputed builders (other than DLF) who are coming up with their projects on SPR, such as Unitech (Nirvana Country-II), TATA (Piramanti), Spaze, TULIP etc. So, this will be a major area of future Gurgaon.
