Over the past five years with Fusion and two decades in the microfinance sector, my journey has been enriching and transformative. Having worked across multiple NBFCs and Small Finance Banks, I can confidently say that Fusion stands out for its strong work culture and people-centric approach.

In recent months, the organization has undergone several changes, and the way we managed them demonstrates the strength of our leadership and systems, keeping employees engaged and motivated. I began my journey at Fusion in the Audit function and later transitioned into the Credit – Process & Quality role, which has been a rewarding experience.
