On the special occasion of International Women's Day, we celebrated the extraordinary contributions of our female workforce who grace our team with their brilliance, resilience, and creativity. Diversity isn't just a buzzword – it is our strength, pride, and our promise for a brighter future!
Women’s day at EARC was a true reflection of this year’s theme: A theme that unites us – "Inspiring Inclusion”, which translates to creating a culture where the brilliance of every woman shines, regardless of her background, ethnicity, or any other factor. Our female colleagues, dressed in vibrant colours indulged in energising conversations over a sumptuous lunch, appreciating each other’s unique strengths and life experiences while fostering a sense of camaraderie & empowerment.
We salute to the power of inclusion and the magic that happens when people from all walks of life come together with a shared purpose and passion.
