A Home Loan is a type of financial assistance provided by banks or housing finance companies to help individuals purchase, construct, or renovate a residential property. The borrower repays the loan amount along with interest through Equated Monthly Installments (EMIs) over a fixed tenure, usually ranging from 10 to 30 years.

Loan Amount: Based on income, property value, and credit score.
Interest Rate: Can be fixed (constant throughout the tenure) or floating (changes with market rates).
Tenure: Generally up to 30 years, offering flexibility in repayment.
