✨ Why Mentorship Matters in Creative Fields 🎨

When I first started my journey as an architect, I quickly realized that while technical skills are important, having the right mentors made all the difference. The guidance, feedback, and insights I received from experienced professionals shaped not only my work but also how I think about collaboration and creativity.

That’s why I’m so passionate about the Collaborate+Mentor+Art Residency we’re launching in Naggar, Himachal Pradesh. We’ve designed this program to offer fresh graduates from architecture, design, and fashion the kind of mentorship and support I wished I had at the start of my career.

With mentors from IIM, CEPT, NID, and NIFT, we’re not just offering creative guidance—we’re teaching young professionals how to build their own sustainable creative businesses.
