๐จ One of My Walking customer Real Experience with Online Car Insurance policy
I recently purchased a second-hand car through a broker. Along with it, I received a Future Generali Insurance policy that the previous owner had bought via Policybazaar.
The real struggle began when I tried to transfer the policy in my name ๐
๐ Tried contacting the previous owner โ No response.
๐ Tried calling Policybazaar on 1800 258 5970 โ Couldnโt connect, since I am the new owner and my mobile no. isnโt registered.
๐ Called another number 1800 208 8787 โ Got connected, but the executive said โwe only sell new policiesโ and again redirected me to the same dead number.
๐ Result? No help, no service, only โbuy new policyโ pressure.
This shows a bitter truth:

Online portals like Policybazaar are super active while selling you a policy.
โ But when it comes to service & support, you are left helpless.
๐ My humble request to all: Before buying any insurance policy online, think twice. If you ever need service, you might not find anyone standing with you.
๐ Insurance should be about service, not just sales.
