Need urgent help. Case of domestic violence.
Please share as much as possible
Got the name of owner of car : Prerna Goswami (i think she is the victim) , the car is financed by HDFC. Anybody from HDFC bank here who can help?
Yesterday evening , I went to Sanjah Chulah Sector 19 Faridabad and witnessed a couple with their 5 y.o kid sitting on a table. The husband was having his dish along with the child but his wife was crying.
Sensing something unusual, I passed them couple of times and heard a part of their convo where the husband was heard saying
"Mai tere baap ko maarduga , saali tu dekhti jaa ab kya karta hu"
As the quantum of her tears increased , the couple paid the bill and left. Soon after, We heard someone hurling abuses at the backside parking of Sanjha Chulah and noticed it was the same couple. Soon the verbal abuse turned physical with husband kicking his wife on abdomen, dragging her, punching and slapping her on face and then me along with my friends decided to interfere. All of the patrons of Sanja Chulah gathered around and as usual started enjoying the scene. Except 2-3 people nobody came to our support and instead started blaming us for interfering in their personal matter.
It irked us more and we called the police. The husband started crying and asked us not to call police. His wife just like every ideal wife asked us not to call police to save his husband.
The saddest part happened next : When we returned to our table , the waiter refused to serve us stating there is no food left. Soon the owner came (well dressed) and started blaming us that we created a scene by calling the police. When we objected as to why he didn't do anything , his reply
"Ye hamare regular customer hain , inka roz ka scene hai ,aap please yaha scene mat bnaiye"
We were left shocked by the response of the owner. Isn't it a responsibility of a big brand like theirs to stand for what is right?
There were around 10-15 families , fathers with their wives/daughters and everybody turned a blind eye to the violence stating it is their personal matter.
Can anyone help with it? I have managed to get the number of the CAR in which the couple came HR 51 BG 1174 White Swift
Dzire.
What those people are going to teach their children? Not to stand for truth? What if it happens to their daughters (when they get married) , are they going to stay silent over the issue.
Highly disappointed! Is there a way we can help the lady? I just have the number of the car.
Edit 1 : The waiter informed us : The couple is a regular customer and they live in sec 16!
