Each industry has different models and among those each company will have a diff model.
In case of DBL it follows a integrated and backward integrated model which means .. they don't outsource any work at all.. no subcontracting .. what's the use of this ? They have total control over ex*****on and infra industry if famous for its delays but due to this model DBL executes 90% of its project before time there by earning a early completion bonus.. how big is this ? This bonus contributes ~5 to 10% of their profits.
