Require Land on lease on BTS Model@ Multiple Locations.
*Locations:-*
1.Lucknow, 2.Kanpur, 3. Ghaziabad, 4. Noida, Greater
Noida, 5. Varanasi, 6. Prayagraj
7. Agra, 8. Meerut, 9. Bareily, 10.Gorakhpur
*Deal terms:-*
1. Proposal:- Built-to-suit land on long lease only, no revenue sharing, no partnership. (has to built by the owner only)
2. Land size: 1.5-2 acres.
3. Total construction:- 45,000-60,000 sqft carpet. Construction in phases.
4. Deposit:- 6 month rent.
5. Escalation:- 10% every 3 years.
6. Agreement:- 30 years.
7. Lock-in:-10 years.
*Budget-* Depends on location, fees in catchment area & other commercial terms.
