📢 A Message to India’s Youth—Question Everything, But Protect the Nation! 🇮🇳✨
Warm greetings to all my friends, especially the young people reading this. 🙏
Recently, we witnessed a major youth protest at Jantar Mantar in Delhi. 🪧 It began with serious and legitimate concerns—examination irregularities, paper leaks, unemployment, and a lack of accountability in the education system. 📚❓
Students have every right to demand fair, untainted examinations. 💯 When a young person spends years tirelessly preparing for a competitive exam, paper leaks or corruption are not just an injustice to that individual—they are an injustice to the entire country. 💔
In a democracy, citizens possess the constitutional right to question the government and hold peaceful protests. ⚖️ Loving India does not mean remaining silent about corruption, administrative failures, or injustice. Responsible criticism only makes our nation stronger. 💪🇮🇳
However, young people must recognise a critical danger. ⚠️
A legitimate protest can gradually be hijacked by political parties, professional agitators, ideological groups, social media influencers, or people pursuing entirely hidden agendas. 🛑 A movement that begins with exam reform can slowly be redirected towards hatred, violence, or destabilising a democratically elected government.
The recent agitation was principally associated with the 'Cockroach Janta Party,' founded by Abhijeet Dipke, with Sonam Wangchuk playing a prominent role. Subsequently, several opposition politicians and activists expressed support or joined in. 🤝
Their participation does not automatically prove a conspiracy. At the same time, every young participant has a duty to investigate who is leading a movement, who is financing it, what its true objectives are, and whether its message changes over time. 🔍🕵️♂️
This movement grew largely through social media. 📲 Therefore, the public is entitled to seek greater transparency about its leadership and organisation.
It is reported that Abhijeet Dipke, an Indian student studying in the United States, built the Cockroach Janta Party as an online movement. 🌐 We must examine his background, the organisation’s structure, its funding sources, expenditures, and supporting political networks. 📊 Asking these questions isn’t about declaring anyone guilty—it is a legitimate demand for transparency from any rapidly expanding political movement.
As India rises as a global economic and strategic power, we may attract both international cooperation and opposition. 🌏 Foreign governments or ideological organisations can attempt to influence public opinion through funding, digital campaigns, or intermediaries. 🌐💻
Sonam Wangchuk’s speeches and actions must also be examined in their full context. In a sensitive border region like Ladakh, we need to consider whether every statement strengthens India’s unity and security. 🏔️🇮🇳
Therefore, my request to the youth is simple:
Investigate every leader, influencer, and political organisation before following them! 🔍
Who funds them? 💰
Who amplifies their message? 📢
Are their financial accounts transparent? 📑
Are their speeches presented completely, or selectively edited? 🎥
Do their actions ultimately strengthen or weaken India? ⚖️
Apply this exact same standard to the government, the opposition, social media movements, and every ideological organisation! 🙏
Before joining any campaign, ask yourself these basic questions: ❓👇
1️⃣ Who created this organisation?
2️⃣ Where are its leaders based?
3️⃣ Who pays for their travel, publicity, legal assistance, stages, food, advertising, and social media operations? 💸
4️⃣ Are their financial disclosures publicly available?
5️⃣ Do they consistently stand for India’s constitutional institutions, national unity, and territorial integrity? 📜
6️⃣ Do they condemn violence committed by their own supporters as clearly as they condemn violence by their opponents?
These questions must be asked about every organisation—whether ruling party, opposition, Left, Right, religious group, or online youth movement! 👊
Be cautious with YouTubers and social media influencers! 📲🎥
A confident voice, millions of followers, or an emotional video do not automatically make someone truthful. ⚠️
Before trusting an influencer, examine the original source. 🔎 Check whether the video is complete or selectively edited. Check its date and location. Look for financial sponsorships, political associations, and previous statements. Compare claims with reports from independent sources. 📰
Never allow an influencer to do your thinking for you! 🧠❌
Foreign governments, extremist movements, and ideological organisations use information warfare, selective reporting, bots, anonymous accounts, and emotional propaganda. India cannot assume it is immune to such methods. ⚠️
At the same time, we must avoid the opposite mistake—calling every critic foreign-funded or anti-national without evidence. 🛑 False accusations weaken genuine national security warnings and unfairly damage innocent people.
Therefore, let evidence—not anger—guide our conclusions! ⚖️
The experiences of our neighbouring countries offer valuable lessons. 🇱🇰🇧🇩 Youth frustration, unemployment, and corruption can create genuine public anger. But when a democratic protest loses disciplined leadership, violence and disorder follow. Ordinary workers, students, and small business owners ultimately bear the greatest cost. 💔
India must resolve its problems through constitutional institutions, elections, courts, Parliament, peaceful protest, investigation, and public accountability—not through street violence or mob rule. 🏛️⚖️
My appeal to the youth is simple: 🕊️
👉 Question the government—but also question those opposing the government.
👉 Demand examination reform—but do not permit unrelated forces to hijack your grievance.
👉 Fight corruption—but do not destroy public property built with taxpayers’ money. 🛑
👉 Use social media—but do not become a tool of anonymous propaganda. 📲
👉 Love your political ideology if you wish—but love India more than any political party, leader, religion, or influencer! 🇮🇳❤️
A strong democracy requires both a responsible government and a responsible opposition. Above all, it requires informed citizens who can distinguish facts from propaganda. 💡
India’s young people are not anyone’s political army! 🙅♂️ You are the future engineers, doctors, entrepreneurs, soldiers, teachers, scientists, and leaders of this country. 👨⚕️👨🔬👨✈️👨🏫
Think independently. 🧠
Verify before sharing. ✅
Protest peacefully. 🕊️
Reject violence. 🚫
Protect national unity! 🇮🇳🤝
Governments will change. Political parties will rise and fall. Social media celebrities will appear and disappear.
But India must remain strong, united, democratic, and secure! 🇮🇳🦁✨
