Over the years, the DSL group has gained immense popularity among the youths in India through its dedication, hardwork and plauditory work by promoting football in India. It has always been DSL's top priority to cater to the passion for football among the youths and to keep that passion alive in them by granting them opportunities to come and play for the event and showcase their brilliance at the

sport. We, at DSL make sure that all stereotypical social norms regarding football are removed by not just promoting the game among the male population but also their female counterparts. Moreover, we also give out prize money for the winning team which acts as a motivator, helps in boosting up the team's confidence and makes it feel that it's hardwork has been appreciated by the hosts of the tournament. In the current day and age, The DSL Group has carved out a pedestal for itself which not many organisations can, and this was made possible by the ability of our organisation to work together harmoniously across the various levels of hierarchy in the organisation.
