Buy Ambuja cement as it is looking for a breakout.

Fundamental view.
1) It has a low PE ratio amongst its peers
2) ROCE ratio is one amongst the highest in the sector
3) It has a healthy quick ratio and zeroes debt to equity ratio.

Considering these factors, it looks like an attractive bet technically and fundamentally in the near term.
