📢 ऑनलाइन बीमा में बड़ा खुलासा! 🚨

लोकलसर्कल्स की सर्वे रिपोर्ट के बाद IRDAI ने ऑनलाइन इंश्योरेंस कंपनियों पर सख्त रुख अपनाया है। रिपोर्ट के अनुसार 82% ग्राहकों को ऑनलाइन बीमा में गुमराह किया गया। इस पर कार्रवाई करते हुए IRDAI ने कंपनियों को 15 दिनों का अल्टीमेटम दिया है।

📰 मुख्य बातें:
🔹 कई डिजिटल प्लेटफॉर्म “डार्क पैटर्न” का उपयोग कर रहे हैं, जिससे ग्राहक भ्रमित होकर गलत पॉलिसी चुन लेते हैं।
🔹 सस्ते प्लान दिखाकर बाद में महंगे विकल्प थोपे जा रहे हैं।
🔹 80% यूजर्स को ऑटो-रीन्यूअल रोकने में दिक्कत आई।
🔹 90% ग्राहक स्पैम कॉल्स और मैसेज से परेशान हुए।
🔹 65% मामलों में छिपे चार्जेस जोड़े गए।

⚖️ IRDAI के निर्देश:
✅ 15 दिन में प्लेटफॉर्म्स की जांच
✅ भ्रामक इंटरफेस हटाना अनिवार्य
✅ पारदर्शिता और ग्राहक की सहमति जरूरी

पॉलिसी खरीदने से पहले पूरी जानकारी लें और भरोसेमंद सलाहकार से ही बीमा करें।
