GSTAT Appeal Pre-Deposit Explained 💰

Planning to file an appeal before GST Appellate Tribunal but confused about pre-deposit requirements?

Here’s what you need to know:
✔️ Pay 100% of undisputed tax, interest, penalty, or fine
✔️ Additional 10% of disputed tax as pre-deposit
✔️ Maximum cap: ₹20 Cr (CGST) + ₹20 Cr (SGST) = ₹40 Cr
✔️ For IGST cases, cap goes up to ₹40 Cr

⚠️ Even if the case involves penalty only, pre-deposit is still applicable

📌 Note: This is over and above the 10% pre-deposit paid during First Appeal (Section 107)
