Hello, my name is Amit Kumar and I need your help to save my brother’s life. My brother, Ajay Kumar, is suffering from a serious liver disease and he needs a liver transplant as soon as possible. He is 46 years old and he has a loving family of two daughters and two sons. He is a responsible and caring father who works hard to provide for his children. He is my elder brother and I respect him a lot.
The cost of the liver transplant is around 25 lakhs and we don’t have enough money to afford it. We belong to a poor family and we have already spent all our savings on his medical expenses. We have no other source of income or support. We are desperate and helpless.
